I had been at Sanitas for a year, without problems, they offered me an improvement in some conditions and I decided to change to Adeslas, and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG.
They have continually given me problems, even for a simple endoscopy, I had no history of Sanitas (zero parts in a year), and they ask me for the clinical history of the SS, a report from the digestive doctor who already treated me, etc.
I am 33 years old (at the time of writing this), I have barely set foot in a hospital, I pay a fairly high policy, so I have no co-payment and good coverage. They don't answer the phone, you have to go in person to fix everything, they are terrible. I ask them to leave and they also object to me.
I attach a photo, so that you can see that what they ask for is true, I only cover my personal data.
I have requested authorization for knee surgery and a colonoscopy. They make me dizzy with documentation that is under review, I have lost both of them because the date expired. I pay almost 195E a month. Everyone ignores me. Balaguer's office is a disaster. It just gives me pause. There are people who are only there to fill a chair. What a disappointment of a company. I don't recommend it to anyone. Do not hire ADESLAS.
The staff at this office is consistently rude and unfriendly. Many are ineffective low-flying administrators who feel powerful behind their desks. They talk and don't listen.
I would explain my painful experience with this company and the people in this office but it is too long...
1. The personal treatment of the people in the office, painful and outrageous.
2. They do everything possible not to take care of the contracted coverages.
3. Phone support is hopeless.
4. They constantly give you problems to get information, to give clear answers, to get personalized and humane treatment...
5. They make you waste time, more time, more time and patience. They are inoperative and with a lack of education and personal treatment when you defend your rights as a consumer.
Any SegurCaixa insurance, whether for health or home coverage, is a real shame.
