I have been with them for over a year and they have always offered great service. After many failed attempts in conventional gyms, Dandelion has been key to improving my physical condition, combining personal training and, for a season, hypopressives. In addition, their new facilities are very nice and offer well-maintained changing rooms and individual showers at all times. Without a doubt, a recommended center!

The entire Dandelion team is great professionals. My partner and I have been using their services for more than a year and we are delighted. The nutritionists are great, the diets are very complete and adapted to each person and each person's pace of life. They monitor you weekly to see how you are progressing and if it is necessary to readjust the diets until they fit each individual. In my case I have PCOS problems and they have been looking for the most appropriate diet for me and they are always researching to improve it and prevent me from stagnating. They are wonderful and care a lot about their clients. We are delighted with the trainer, we do the training as a couple and we both have a different physical shape. But from the moment we started training with him, he has known how to adjust the exercises so that we both give everything in the training, adapting to the physical state of each one and ensuring that we do the exercises correctly to avoid injuries. It does its job really well and you progress without hardly realizing it since it increases the intensity little by little and does not make your workouts heavy. The truth is, for a person like me who hated playing sports, I can't imagine a week in which I don't go to train with him. And the team of physiotherapists is unbeatable. They are great professionals, every time we have had a back problem we have trusted them and they do wonders. The hypopressive classes that we teach with them are fantastic, they are attentive to all of us who attend their classes, making sure that we do the exercise well, explaining to us if we have any questions and they are both charming. They are experts in the pelvic floor and although for now I attend hypopressive classes for pleasure, when I get pregnant in the future, I am clear that they will be the first ones I will trust. In short, if you are looking for a team of professionals that suits you, I recommend them 100%. The treatment is unbeatable, they are all great professionals and they are loved.
