I have worked for Dakota Home Care for 1.5 years and it has been my favorite place of employment. DHC offers a great work life balance by being flexible, supportive, and fun! I have been a employee with Dakota Home Care for 3 months now, and I have to say, that I honestly love working for them. It has turned out to be a perfect fit. Flexible scheduling, great on the job training and orientation. The best part beside the wonderful staff of Dakota Home care is the wonderful family and clients that you get to work with and get to know on such a personal level, and work as a team to provide the best care possible. I have been working in the office since 2014 and I absolutely love it here! When I decided to go back to work after my 2nd child, I knew I needed a an atmosphere that valued work/family balance and Dakota Home Care has always exceeded my expectations. I ALWAYS like going to work and that is something that many have a hard time finding in a career. DHC is stuck with me because I'm gonna be a lifer :)
