DOWNTOWN MEXICO HOTEL

Great value for money for the size of room. The suites are enormous. Great beds and shower pressure and lovely breakfast. The rooftop pool is a nice touch. Very happy here when we stayed.

Woke up at 2 am being eaten by mosquitoes and to sweating heat. My outlet was sparkling had to use neighbors bed set up seems unsafe brick sides for your bed. NO AC NO MOSQUITOE NETS ON TINY WINDOWS. No lock provided for locker you have to buy your own

Great place, it’s got a dark Gothic Mexican theme. The suites are ginormous, but all the rooms are very dark but it goes with the theme of the hotel. The main restaurant is incredible. Breakfast is delicious.. the biggest part were the staff super friendly.

We made a reservation for the daypass for the pool. Everything would be arranged. When we arrived with all of our luggage (which they said they could store), they told us the pool is closed. The manager wasn’t friendly at all. We asked for the wifi so that we could search for alternative places for a pool or to store our luggage, but they even did not want to give us the password… why so unfriendly?

I made a reservation here and when I checked-in the individual at the front desk seemed not to care one bit about showing some sort of professionalism or even care about providing a mediocre level of service. Once I got my key and room number I dropped off my luggage and left to get something to eat. I came back and found a disgusting amount of bedbugs on my bed. I immediately grabbed my luggage and left. Would not recommend this place one bit.
