Today was my first experience at this clinic and I have to say that it has been pleasantly positive! I went for a dental cleaning and I had some somewhat low expectations believing (mistakenly) that they wouldn't do much to me... I emphasize that I was very wrong. Nerea, the great professional who took care of me and carried out said cleaning, did it in such a careful, meticulous, and perfectionist way that I was extremely surprised!!! His treatment was so friendly, he resolved many questions about which I had doubts, he advised me as best as possible! I left with a smile from ear to ear and super happy with the service!!! I will definitely return to this clinic 🥰

One star and too many, I have been going to the clinic every week for more than a year, to get an implant for a tooth which has been done wrong more than 3 times, they have had me without it for a year and this has produced that my teeth came apart, and after many excuses they put me in an appliance and now I have to have the retainer for life... which doesn't seem right to me and not even an apology... one more inconvenience for me, apart from having to go every week (gas cost, parking, time...) and all due to its inefficiency, not happy with this, I have been going every week for another 3 months to have a discharge splint made, which they have also done wrong 3 times, they do not give a solution just excuses and blame to the laboratory, after charging and well charged from the first day, every day I go a different person attends me and thus nobody knows the complete case and they do not know what to tell me or they give me delay. I want a solution and more for the inconvenience of having to have an appliance and a retainer for life because of him... when my teeth were fine.

I FEEL SCAMMED!! NOTHING ADVISABLE. I think her name is Dr. Barbara. She gives me a super small filling, which doesn't even require anesthesia, and lasts about 10 minutes, but they charge me for it as a reconstruction, that is €55. A gap had gotten bigger between two molars, and he told me: you're not going to get any more food in there, well, that's great, right? So far great. I come home and realize I can't floss, and I think what's going on here? I looked at myself in the mirror and sure enough, how was I going to get the thread in if one tooth had come together??? They were literally joined together, he did not take the precaution to put that separator or strip, which they usually put when filling. No wonder he said that nothing was going to get into me now.... He did it with every intention, how little idea he has!! So go there again!!! I live in Maracena, I put the car back in the parking lot, and I enter the clinic. He starts to remove filling and tries the thread, it still doesn't go in, he keeps removing and tries again, nothing, he keeps removing... Like this 6 or 7 times. I tell him: in the end I'm going to have the same gap, and he says no, no, just enough to insert the thread. Not an apology, nor forgiveness, nor anything at all has he said to me. He took me to the door and said goodbye very good. When I got home and saw the big hole he left me... You can see it perfectly in the photo and he didn't even clean it properly. It's even bigger than the one I had. I think it's incredible!!!!! What a scam, it's worth reporting. They charged me €55, two round trips for gasoline, €4 and more for parking, a total SCAM!!!
