D1 Training Milton

D1 Milton - 5 stars all around! My daughter, Riley, does competitive cheerleading and wanted to incorporate some different training into her routine. We tried D1 Milton and love it. After our initial consultation, Riley was paired with Coach Kristen. Coach Kristen has a strong background in tumbling, so she was the perfect match. Riley looks forward to every session with Coach Kristen and has become a better athlete because of her. Riley’s gained several new, high-level stunting/tumbling skills in a short amount of time, which we attribute to her workouts with Coach Kristen. Highly recommend D1!!

Laura, Marcus, and all the trainers have been exceptional motivators. They have also been patient and positive. The combination of stretching, core work, cardio, weights, and nutritional guidance have made a significant difference in just 3 weeks. My back pain is gone, I feel stronger, and I lost weight. I would highly recommend this program for anyone (from athletes to those of us who sit in chairs most of the day). 5 stars for D1!

D1 is great! The instructors are fun and motivating and I get in a great workout every time!

I can’t speak highly enough of D1 Milton. The entire organization, from owners Laura and Marcus to the two trainers my son has interacted with, Coaches Max and Josh, everything has been top notch. The coaches are paying attention to the individual child while keeping a firm handle on the dynamics of the class, and make excellent training recommendations accordingly. The location is spotless and well designed, music is fun, the classes are stimulating, challenging and not at all repetitive. D1 is a well run business and a great service to the community!

D1 has definitely made my son Ryden bigger, faster and stronger over the past 4 months. He loves it, the wide variety of drills and exercises keeps him motivated and engaged.
