D1 Training East Jacksonville

Comer is amazing Trainer at this facility. My son really enjoys working out with him and he’s so good with the kids/teenagers and he make sure that they are doing everything the right way when lifting weights and working out. If your child is serious about playing football in college, he is definitely someone I would have train your child because he knows what he’s talking about.

As a 1st to visitor and new to Jacksonsville, my son really enjoyed his experience. This is a facility that is passionate about helping you achieve your athletic goals, if you’re a beginner athlete, need to get back on track and so much more. Sam is awesome, D1 has affordable prices and you get a sense of community at D1. I’ll be signing my daughter up as well to help get her train as well. Definitely check them out.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff, members, and workouts at D1! All the trainers are courteous, caring, and patient while also delivering challenging and fun workouts. The staff at D1 truly care about their clients and it shows every workout! I’ve trained at multiple gyms throughout the years but D1 is incomparable!

I have tried several gyms over the years but I finally found one that offers me everything I was looking for. The trainers are excellent and the workouts are challenging and vary daily. All of the trainers truly care about you and your level of fitness. The workouts are intentional and demanding and will inspire you to work harder to achieve the results you are hoping for.
