D1 Training Athens

D1 is the best place to meet your goals! All of the coaches and staff members are genuine, caring, and kind. The coaches are knowledgeable in how to help you workout safely and accommodate for recent or past injuries, while also challenging you to meet your goals. I feel confident going into every workout that I’ll be supported in getting what I need. D1 always offers effective workouts and such an encouraging environment!

I was in a major funk mentally and physically a few years ago with my current gym situation. I saw the advertisements for this “D1” gym popping up here in there and thought hey I’ll reach out and just see what it’s like. I’m so glad I did! I was immediately contacted by the kindest most sincere folks and I was offered to try a class for free. After the class I joined! Sealed the deal. I officially became a D1 girl in January 2022. Now I am 250+ workouts in and I can honestly say in all those workouts I’ve never left thinking “ man I that could have been harder “. From the coaches to the programming and the community here it’s the absolute best of the best. I love my crew I lift with, sweat with, laugh with and almost die with. They have all helped me hit personal records I had only dreamed of. We encourage each other regardless of age, walk of life, or gender. It’s family. The best kind. I’ve always said this place is my second church with weights! Stop waiting on the next day to find your sport as an adult. Become a D1 athlete.

Words cannot begin to describe how much I have loved working out at D1 Athens. D1 Athens is, hands down, the place to be. Whether you are young or old, new to working out or a vet, D1 is the place for you! The coaches are very knowledgeable and absolutely the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I worked out here for a year and unfortunately had to move away. I will miss my 6pm class. If you are hesitant, let this give you a gentle push. The workout will be tough, but I always left feeling like a boss! Thank you very much, D1 Athens! Y’all are the best!

D1 is more than a gym, it’s a family. We challenge and encourage each other while dominating workouts together. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years. It’s been one of my favorite gym experiences in my life. I love the training and coaching received from our awesome coaches. I found D1in October 2020 and I was in a rut with my workouts. D1 made working out fun and challenging again. Come try out a free class. You won’t regret it!
