Cruise Planners-Christie Hudson

Christie helped us book and plan our trip to Cancun, and did an amazing job. We got a killer BOGO deal that allowed us to return for another visit. We also got some really neat upgrades, like a bottle of wine in our rooms, as well as added turn down service and even some perks like appetizers in our room. We even ran into an issue that the hotel correctly charged us for something we didn't realize cost money, and Christie called and was able to get the charge reversed for us even though it was our fault. That is amazing service and support and responsiveness! Thanks so much Christie! You are THE BEST!!!

Before finding Christie as my travel agent, I had gone through several other agents to get to her. None of them could find a resort that matched the expectations that I had for myself. She was able to find me the exact resort and address wants I didn’t even know I had. During the pandemic Christie could not have been more responsive or professional. Agendas, expectations, and foreign policy changed faster than either of us could keep up with. No matter what time of day or night I reached out to address our next hurdle, she was right there, completely responsive and 100% professional. She calmed my nerves, and helped me move through an impossible scenario that would have been anyone’s worst nightmare as a travel Agent. Three days before my flight, the resort she had booked for me closed down due to the pandemic. Without missing a beat, she went to work immediately to find me the only other resort on the island that would let me in with that short of notice. It ended up being even better than the original place I thought I was going to. She checked in several times while I was away, and even managed a minor miscommunication with the resort before I left seamlessly. I will absolutely return to her for my future travel, and will tell everyone I know about her. The agent I worked with before her charged a fee , And even made me pay when I wanted to transfer my trip to Christie. I still can’t believe she worked that hard for me, and I didn’t have to pay her thing! My gratitude is overflowing for the incredible experience I had because of her efforts 🙂 throughout the process she has also become a dear friend. I am looking forward to having her at my side every step along the way in my future travels.

I started bugging her a few weeks ago to find us a BIG ship..Last cruise was fun,and Christie did an awesome job but ship wasn't big enough for me..Man did she deliver this time..HUGE ship..great price And I'm sure she will be there if any problem arises Going to be a long 4 months
