Review is for the Rep Debra McGregor she is lacking professional timely follow through skills and appropriate communication ☹️Upon arrival at our destination rooms was incorrectly reserved for 1 bed 😮 with express written requests months before finalizing trip.(too many issues to list; avoid using for stress free travels abroad)
Having been with Cruise Planners for over 10 years I find it to be the BEST place to work. I love supporting our network of travel advisors who are experts in all things travel - from cruises to tours, and creating bespoke vacations and adventures for their clients.
DO NOT JOIN! If you don't make them $250,000/year in sales then they will charge you a hefty fee. There are a lot of fees and charges to be a CP franchise owner. If you fall behind on payments then they keep all of your commissions along with their 3% royalty fee. If you're considering being a travel agent, DO NOT join Cruise Planners. They allowed their White owners to make hateful remarks against African American Holidays. Cruise Planners needs to get certified in diversity, equity and inclusion.
In response to CP, I never said you were not transparent with your fees. You didn't waive any of my fees because you put me on a payment plan to pay those high fees. I have 2 emails and attachments with all the fees you charged me.
My comments are NOT untrue. My conscious does not allow me to do that. I actually really adore Michelle Fee as she was the reason I joined CP. Your rewards mean nothing when I and other Black CP franchise owners have screenshots of derogatory comments from your White franchise owners hating against Black Holidays. I never said anything about CP not being diverse. Of course you have a few Black people that work for you but that wasn't the point of my comment.
Plus you kept all of my hard earned commissions and you kept my 200+ email contacts and still market to them.

You want to tell me I'm making slanderous statements. Should I attach the screenshots of the racists comments made by your White franchise owners from your Facebook group?
