5 star service! Our disappointing experiences are all behind us because we have Caroline! She was constantly there for my whole family every step of the way and we so appreciate her for her hard work! Passports, Visas, Covid vacations, airfare, you name it she assisted. Our Viking River Cruise was an absolute delight and we can’t wait for the next one. We highly recommend Sweet Caroline if you like worry free travel.

We just got home from another WONDERFUL trip we booked with Sweet Caroline. She always finds us the BEST deals and is so easy and great to work with. We have used her for many trips now, from family vacations and cruises, and she is just wonderful. We were lucky to have her on our Viking cruise last week and get to know her even better. With the world situation now and Covid, we always have changes with flights, testing, or so many other things that need attention and she is right on top of it. I'd give Caroline 10 stars if I could. Imagine you've been given your dream vacation - the best suites, the most beautiful cities, first class air tickets - and suddenly you can't coordinate the gift which includes 6 vouchers, four different people in four different households and half on the east coast, half on the west. Pushing 42 emails over three weeks, Caroline kept everyone calm, happy and got everyone on the same page, all arranged absolutely perfectly. She is incredible at delivering wonderful perfect service under the most demanding conditions!
