CrossFit AMROCK

I joined AMROCK about a month ago and have LOVED it thus far. The coaches (and athletes) are all so supportive, helpful and genuinely care about you individually. The coaches meet you where you’re at physically/athletically and help push you to where you’re wanting to go. I have never done CrossFit before and it is challenging in all the right ways and has brought my fitness goals to a whole new level. 💪🏻

I joined in on a health and wellness challenge through my workplace. Having never worked with trainers, done CrossFit, or worked with a nutrition coach, the crew over at AMROCK have been nothing short of awesome. They are patient, bring positive energy & encouragement, and explain everything. Just a great group of people. If you're thinking of getting into CrossFit or learning about some healthier lifestyle options AMROCK is a great choice.

I was so happy with the employee program my company provided through AmRock. It created a community within my workplace that was so supportive in our health journeys. One thing I loved about this program is it was a wellness program. All of the tasks were very achievable and created habits that should transfer into daily life seamlessly. I am not huge into sharing fitness journeys online through social media, but with the app it was a lot of fun to share with people who were also going through the same things. I would definitely recommend.

Wow! These are some of the most amazing, kind, compassionate, and helpful collection of people. They are patient and thoughtful when teaching and pushing. I can confidently say that they have changed my perspective on health and wellness. Thank you so much for everything. I really appreciate it. Anyone who want to make a change in their lives should consider AMROCK when doing it.

I started my CrossFit journey in October of 2022 and when I say I couldn’t have started off at a better place, I mean it! The coaches are fantastic! Always making you feel comfortable and accomplished! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Thank you AMROCK for being amazing!
