Crash Champions Collision Repair

Our car was hit in the left rear while stopped. Our insurance company has a working relationship with Crash Champions. Due to their current workload, it took a couple of weeks until we could bring the car to Crash Champions for an estimate. It took a couple of days to disassemble the damaged area and provide a quote.Crash Champions estimated the wok would take approximately three and 1/2 weeks. Progress of the repair was communicated at least once a week. Car was ready as promised and looks great. In this case, we didn't shop for repair quotes, we can't comment on price. Highly recommend Crash Champions based on the appearance of the repaired area and great communication.

There were many issues from the start. When I first came in I made an appointment for my car to be evaluated and have repairs started the same day, but when arrived at the set date they didn’t have the repair start date on there. I dropped off my car for a week before it was even evaluated for damage to send to the insurance company. I was playing phone tag with the manager to get an update on my car for a week, but by the second week I started getting consistent text updates. I kept getting messages that the car should be ready by a certain date and then it would be extended out. It took three weeks for my car repairs to finish. I will say that the front office coordinator was very friendly and staff were patient in answering my questions.

Amazing! Communication and keeping me up to date with the process of my vehicle was spot on i even received my vehicle early! Vince and Melissa provided a great customer experience! Will definitely recommend!

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star ! They are very unprofessional and disorganized! The lady at the desk is so absorbed in her personal time at her desk that she doesn’t care about customer service! All the disorganization is blamed on the customer! At our appointment we had to wait while they debated whether they would give us an estimate or not ! It was blamed on us that they didn’t do their job ! There was no reason not to give us our estimate, besides they wanted to do it a way they would make more money out of it . After looking at the car we were never provided an estimate . Once again it was our fault that the guy that looked at our car was no longer there ! Please do not use this business! Take your vehicle somewhere else !

It took a while to get my car in to the shop but it’s only because they do such a great job that everyone wants to take their cars here. Well worth the wait
