Crash Champions Collision Repair

After around 20days fixed, the truck still can’t closing even enough, one guy said from other accident, but I only got one accident in my lifetime just this one, another guy said that is all they can fixable! Omg I don’t recommend you to here!

I submitted an insurance claim through Geico. I was able to bring my baby in within a week to fix my passenger side mirror that had gotten crushed. I also had a huge crash in my windshield that was slowly, but surely creeping is way across the whole window. They kept my car for a week, but when I got her back, she looked BRAND NEW! Thank You Crash Champions for fixing up my car, you guys are AWESOME!

Despite the fact that it took 2 trips to the shop and them having my car for over 40 days between the 2, I'm really happy with the work they did to put my convertible back together from tornado damage. Unfortunately parts were needed from Ford and that caused the major delays. The new roof works fine and they did an excellent paint job. The ladies working the front counters were delightful as well. I would highly recommend them.

Let me begin by saying that this is my 3rd or 4th time at this location #578. The last time, which was in January, one of my parts was back stocked. CC said they would let me know when they got it in and would complete the repair. While I waited for that to happen, I had hail damage and decided to go to a different CC location (bad call on my part). That location completed the repair but not to my satisfaction. I then call CC #578 and ask about my back stocked part. Joe who is the GM helped me proceed with that and when I asked if he could also fix the hail damage that had not been completed by the other CC location, he graciously agreed. He completed the supplement my insurance had been waiting for from the other location and fixed both issues at the same time. Joe was super easy to work with, he was flexible, attentive, and I truly feel he had the best intentions when it came to resolving my repairs! I will be very grateful for Joe and all of his help. Issues I had been dealing with for weeks, he resolved in matter of no time. I highly reccoment this location and all of their staff is very friendly and helpful.
