Terrible service!! They require booking an appointment but the phlebotomist was around 40 mins late. Lousy blood extraction wasn’t really careful! They also gave wrong results for the analysis and gave the correction after two weeks. I had already taken a strong medication but it turns out the result given to me was wrong!! DON’T COME HERE FOR CLINICAL ANALYSIS!!

Clean, professional, and efficient! The women working at reception were kind and helpful. The doctor was patient and friendly. When I got bloodwork done here, the phlebotomist was one of the most charming people I've met--so sweet and happy. I nearly forgot I was getting blood drawn--it felt like a lovely coffee shop chat with a great person.

Very, very bad phone attendance! They hung up on me! I cant believe this is happening to a patient and coming from a PAID hospital. What a disgrace!

Waiting, waiting, and waiting

It is my health care center of choice, being close to work. So far all the professionals who have treated me have been attentive and very responsible. I have felt comfortable with them. Appointments are usually with very little waiting, I recommend it.
