Club Pilates

I just completed my 100th class at Club Pilates! I really enjoy the classes and the amazing instructors. One of the best is Inga! I’m always happy when she’s teaching! She individualizes her instruction, adds additional challenges for those who want to level up, and she always explains each move and why we do it. She’s helpful, encouraging and fierce!

Stephanie is a great instructor, she is diligent about everyone having the right “form” to maximize the targeted exercise area. She quietly tweaks all participants, who need it, to help them. Not judgy, not loud, balanced body and encouraging. Full body work out every time and always a new move. She is my favorite! Although I have to add, all instructors here are good. I enjoy going to her classes every week.

The best Pilates studio. Not only because of the Studio itself, It’s all about the people who work there. Starting with the friendly front desk employees, skilled instructors and helpful GM. Our favorite instructor Amy is absolutely the best. Center + Balance class is all what we need for the healthy body and clear mind.

I'm a Club Pilates addict! I love everyone at the Maryland Frams location. I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile and "hello, good you see you! The work outs help keep me limber and strong! I'm there 5 days a week. I mix up the different level classes with different instructors to keep my body guessing what's next. I love it!

I love Club Pilates with their class varieties, instructors and routines! Susan was our class instructor today. I like her specificity in what we are supposed to do, and how she gently corrects us regarding our form as needed. She is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor!
