Club Pilates

I love Club Pilates, especially the Capital View location! The ladies that work here so fabulous and some of the best instructors. I have tried so many different types of workouts but Pilates is my favorite. It’s low impact, but makes a huge impact on my body. Not only have I lost 12 pounds in the last 6 months, but I’m stronger and leaner than ever before. If you have never have tried Pilates before, I recommend attending their free intro class so you can try it out! I went to to intro class in January 2022 and I’m now going 3-5 days a week. This place has become my home away from home. I live in the Germantown area so it’s a quick drive and the parking is convenient in the Publix parking garage (so I can get my groceries afterwards!). You will love Pilates. Just try it out!

Club Pilates North Gulch is the BEST! I have only been going for a couple of months and it has already become a huge part of my everyday routine! The instructors are amazing, the studio is welcoming and clean and you will love going everyday! The location is also very convenient. Thank you Riley, Jamie, Teresa, Amanda and Chloe for your fun and exciting classes and encouragement! Try out Club Pilates! It will change your life! :)

Stephanie is one of my favorite instructors. She is creative and changes up classes so we are never bored. She is also very attentive. I have a couple physical issues that she is always focused on so I use good form and get the best benefit without hurting myself. She does an excellent job cuing us throughout the class. She is an asset to Club Pilates!

Stephanie at Club Pilates North Gulch is one of my favorite instructors. She speaks clearly, every class is different, never routine or boring! She watches form and will correct if your alignment needs tweaking. She pushes you to do your best, but also helps modify when needed. I always finish feeling that I've had a great workout. I was extremely nervous about going to Pilates for the first time and almost didn’t go to this class bc of it but I’m so so happy I ended up joining the class! Zoe was are instructor for the intro class and she was very informative, gave instructions very clearly and super encouraging! 1000% would recommend!
