Club Pilates

1st Club Pilates to open in Delaware. Wonderful instructors, all bring their own unique techniques and abilities. Classes are always fun. Instructors are motivating and caring. Studio offers fun themed events, workout challenges with prizes, free workshops and private training. Staff is friendly and professional. Studio is very clean, cute boutique.

My friend has attended Club Pilates for quite some time. She made a phone call to the office today to discuss two $15 cancellation fees that she was charged. She stated that she understood if it couldn’t be waived but explained that her car was stolen this week and it slipped her mind to cancel the classes. The individual proceeded to not put her on hold and ask the Manager, Laura, if she could waive the fee under the circumstances. With a negative tone and no attempt to understand the situation Laura rudely shot it down (and could be heard clearly due to the phone not being out on hold). Apparently she is all bark because she suddenly left immediately when asked to be spoken to directly. Very disappointing excuse for leadership for such a nice business.

Absolutely love Club Pilates! This is now my second family, I was never into working out, now I am taking over 7 classes a week and I’m on my way to becoming a Pilates instructor!! Thank you Laura for making this dream come true, you are wonderful!!!

I was eager to go to Club Pilates. I Enjoyed the classes but when I neck surgery last month I could not attend classes. My physician said I could not attend exercise classes for two months. So I called Laura (manager) to freeze my account for medical reason. Laura froze my account but when I received her email it stated there will be a $15 charge a month on freezing an account. I was shocked so I called her back but she was adamant that there will a charge regardless if I had a valid medical reason. She then told me it was in my contract but when I asked other members if they knew about the charge, they had no idea. In the end I canceled my membership. I enjoyed the classes but could not believe they would charge me even if I had a medical reason

Joining Club Pilates-Pike Creek a year ago was the best thing I ever did for myself! Wish I had started Pilates 20 years ago. Got me completely off nerve pain medication in less than 2 months. Definitely feel like I am holding onto best health at age 63 with Club Pilates as part of weekly routine❣️ Thanks to all my instructors @clubpilatespikecreek !!!!
