SHAMELESS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT INCOMPETENT We went to do a check-up on my daughter, and when we left they took us to the director's office to tell us that they had seen in the x-rays that the girl needed orthodontics. They give us a photocopy with a drawing of the teeth, of any human being, and they tell us prices for the device. We ask for a second opinion and they ask us for x-rays to see the dental situation, we call this first clinic and they tell us that we have to do it in person with the DNI and family book. Being there, more than 20', they tell us that they did not take x-rays... My question is, how can you tell us that you need orthodontics without having a complete study?!?!

I went for a mouth cleaning on August 1, 2023, and they hurt me. The hygienist was going very fast, without being careful, and even though I groaned 3 times to make her see that what she was doing hurt me, she did not apologize or correct her behavior. Also, they caught me 45' late because the receptionist made a mess.

A year and a half ago I had a reconstruction and they removed the contact point of my teeth and now I suffer with my gums at the time I went and they told me it was my structure and now I go again and they tell me it is the contact point and I have to pay for a new reconstruction... A terrible experience...I have insurance but they raise your prices. I do not recommend this clinic or the insurance with them
