Body's by Brown is the best! My brand new Subaru Crosstrek was involved in a hit and run and I was devastated! I called over 30+ body shops saying they could get an estimate done in January of 2024 (This happened in August 2023 so it was absurd). I finally called Body's by Brown and they let me bring my car in the same day! My insurance company and Body's by Brown made the process so easy and there was no stress about anything. They paid the shop directly and I just simply paid my deductible! They got the estimate done quickly and even got my car done a week earlier than predicted! Todd was the nicest and most professional when I picked my car up. I also appreciated how great the front desk staff were. My car looks like nothing ever happened. They washed my car and detailed/cleaned the inside so it looked brand new. It was shiny and ready to go as soon as I picked it up! I have never been more impressed with a car place. I was already devastated but they fixed my car and made me feel so much better! The before and after pictures are below for reference! I am forever grateful for the work that you did! Let me first state that I am VERY picky about who works on my car and the work performed on my vehicle. This shop is hands down the best body shop i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My WRX literally looks better than when I bought it. Paint is absolutely flawless and the body work performed couldn't have been better. It all looks like OEM. Everyone here is very knowledgeable about what they do. If you have a question, they'll answer it. Absolutely some of the best customer service i have received. Communication is fantastic, their shop is clean, and with a knowledgeable and skilled staff, makes for one of the BEST body shops in Colorado. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are in need of any sort of bodywork. The results speak for themselves and the work done on my vehicle is absolutely top notch.

Stolen Car Repaired I had the unfortunate experience of having my car stolen in July, and amidst the stress and frustration, I reached out to several body shops for assistance. To my surprise, this particular body shop stood out as the only one willing to take in my car, despite my calls to 6-8 other shops. Right from the start, they set the expectation of an uncertain timeline about the repair, especially considering the common theft of my make and model. Initially, they maintained decent communication with weekly automated text messages that kept me informed of their expected timeline. However, there were two points of my experience that were not so great. First, when they encountered difficulty sourcing a part for the ignition, communication from their end dwindled, and I found myself having to initiate conversations. Secondly, following their acquisition by a larger company, there was a new payment policy—be prepared to write a check or use a debit card to avoid a 2% credit card fee. Despite these hiccups, the team demonstrated their expertise during the repair process. The final result was exceptional; the car was meticulously put back together, with paint that flawlessly matched the original and repairs that restored it to its pre-stolen condition. The added touch of detailing left my car looking nothing short of brand new upon its return. Todd, a key contact throughout, was consistently friendly and helpful. While communication lapses occurred, when I could reach Todd, he provided all the necessary details to navigate the process. Overall, I would recommend this body shop to others, thanks to their expertise, commitment to quality, and the outstanding job they did in restoring my car to its former glory.

I had my car in to replace my rear bumper after backing into a pole. They were done with my car in 7 days. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair but they detailed my entire vehicle better than an actual detail shop!!! They were very professional and communicated really well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car / body repairs. Great job to their whole team. 👏

Body's by Brown repaired my Subaru (which was rear-ended) faster than promised. It was done before other shops I called would even get the car in. The competent technicians and attentive staff made for a great repair experience. I would definitely take my car there again if needed (which is hopefully never). :-)
