Schedule an appointment with them via phone weeks ago and went in on that date, the receptionist told me that I have no appointments and that if I did, I should have received a text confirmation. They never sent me confirmation and she makes me like I was delusional, didn’t apologize for any inconvenience, and had to reschedule like I was wrong. These people needs to be documented and trained. Can’t be telling customers false appointments and waste their time. Do better!
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Classic Collision in Dowling. I called on November 21st to make an appointment for December 14th. However, when I arrived on the 14th, I was shocked to find out that they had no record of my appointment in their system. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled the situation was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The first lady I interacted with was polite and tried to help, but then a manager with a bang hairstyle stepped in. This lady was extremely rude and showed no willingness to assist me. I observed her treating other customers in the same disrespectful manner.
Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to Classic Collision, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The lack of customer service and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager is simply unacceptable.
Just got a repair estimate done with Taylor. Refreshingly Super Easy to talk to and Taylor even told me all my options for my hit and run front end repair estimate on what will work best. Thank you so much! Please Give Taylor a high raise for her work well done.
CC Midtown worked on my Tesla Model Y. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Dana the GM is a true pro, and so are all the others working at the shop. I found the communication to meet expectations but the best part was the work they do. Excellent job doing repairs on my car. Couldn’t be happier! 5 star all day.
I brought my car to them on 5/2 and they had it for nearly 1 month. I gave them my car with no broken windshield and when I picked it up on 5/31 I let them know there was a crack in the windshield. They "informed" the lady I was working with but she didn't contact me back I had to contact them the next day and she said they are not liable for the damage but would escalate the situation to the manager. It is now 6/12 and I have called them a couple times since and the manager is never available and I have not heard from them to this day. I should have read reviews prior to bringing my car to them since most recent reviews are not good.
