I bought a device for almost 2000 thousand reais and an indestructible film that I paid 90 reais and the indestructible film tore in a short time. I went to the store and asked the manager for an explanation, he didn't know how to answer, he didn't change the indestructible film and left without the film at the end. I threw away 90 Reais for making a fool of the customer and advertising in vain. To this day, I'm waiting for the manager to call me to resolve my problem with the indestructible film. Because of 90 Reais he lost the customer.
