Service a little rude. The attendant was probably having some private problem and was in a bad mood. We had a question about how to have number portability from another operator and his explanation left something to be desired, as it appeared that our question was absurd and unreasonable, sometimes even raising his tone of voice and being quite “grouchy” for certain moments. Luckily he had a boy by his side who paid attention to what had happened and managed to make the environment less heavy. Anyway, I left the store with more doubts and more problems than I thought I had. I'm going to try to go to another store to try to become a customer.
