María, the girl who answers the phone, is rude and not decisive. I needed the digital copy of my x-ray and they told me to either go personally or send someone with my authorization. When I showed up there, they denied having given me those options and only offered to print it on a low-quality sheet of paper and charge me €60. I told them that I would pay it without a problem but that they should send it to me to the email that I myself provided them on the day of the consultation. He also refused. Beyond the fact that I couldn't get the x-ray, the worst of all was María's haughty treatment. I will never repeat.

The treatment of the staff is excellent, great professionals and unbeatable people, my experience with them is fantastic.
