Clínica Dental Vitaldent

I was living in A Coruña for a year, not knowing when I would return to my city but they told me that if I returned to my city I could continue my treatment there. I went to Vitaldent for an emergency and I felt pressured to accept a quote that I never asked for. When I thought about it, I wanted to back out and called customer service where they told me I had 15 days to revoke the contract. I went to the clinic to tell me about it and they told me things like: "you just have to stop buying one t-shirt at Zara a month to pay the monthly payment" or "one day they will take off the masks and you'll see those teeth", all so that I wouldn't back out, so in the end I reluctantly agreed. I started the treatment and when I had to return to my city and asked if they could inform me what I had to do to continue my treatment there, they told me that it was not possible to do it in another clinic since each one was independent. They lied to me so that I would accept their quote and not back out and in the end I spent 2 years paying and not being able to finish my treatment. It doesn't matter how good the professionals are if they then trick you like this just to sell, sell, sell. I regret not having listened to all the people who told me not to go to Vitaldent because I would regret it and I did, and I will certainly never make the mistake of returning to any Vitaldent clinic again. And to top it all off they make you put a positive review in front of them to give you a "gift", that's when I understood why they have the score they have on Google. It's shameful

We have been attending the entire family, girls and dads for several years for the annual check-up and cleaning, and we keep coming back because of the quality of the service and the price they offer. Emojis have provided excellent care from the reception, the Dentists and the customer service in general. Keep it up 👌🏼

I have gone to this clinic to have orthodontic treatment and from the first day the treatment at the reception is super comfortable, over time even a loving treatment. And the workers are just the same, delicate, professional, sweet and even that same loving treatment that I already mentioned, they make you feel comfortable without a doubt. I started my treatment in December of last year, and the truth is that I am happy with the clinic.

Excellent. I'm on vacation in A Coruña and an emergency arose. I didn't know where to go and I went to the Vitaldent Clinic, they treated me like a 10, everyone was super friendly, they treated me as quickly as possible and solved my problem.
