I don't understand your lack of formality with the appointment time. This time they have called me to advance the appointment twenty minutes since they had canceled the previous one and in the end I had to stay waiting for half an hour since they say they are late. Customers' time is also too valuable to be wasting it this way. Otherwise it is correct.
