Problem solved..Last night my cheek got swollen and my teeth ached. I'm on vacation. So I searched the internet and found it....My appointment has been confirmed. And I came from Vargas because the other dentists don't work. But they didn't work either! I came for nothing! I've put two stars because I'm sure they are good people, but this time, they lied!🤨

After they canceled the last three appointments (the last one an hour in advance), they told me they would call me to make a new appointment. After about fifteen days without receiving any calls, I decided to call to see what was happening. The person who answered the call was not professional, to say the least... From the first moment I tried to expose what happened, he would not let me speak, when I told him that we had not wanted to put a complaint form, that we only hoped that there would be no more mishaps and finally have an appointment, HE THREATENED ME SAYING THAT IF THEY WANTED TO, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL WITHIN TWO MONTHS... That they had the agenda full and that they gave me an appointment next week "with a shoehorn" (I don't know if I didn't want to be aware that three appointments had already been canceled or perhaps they I forgot that what they do to me is not free...) The treatment could not have been worse. If they have so much workload they should hire more staff, not threaten and offend the customer.

I don't like the way they work at all, they only care about money, they say they can give you a treatment even though in reality they can't just to attract you and prevent you from going to the competition.

I have had several fillings done with them, and although at first I had to change doctors, with the second one, Rut Aranda, I have been very happy. The treatment with her and her ability to do the fillings was spectacular, I have not had to touch up a single one. Very nice and very professional, really recommended!!
