Poor communication resulted in wasting 3 hours of my life, getting local anaesthesia and an X-ray all for nothing.
I had an appointment for 1 pm and their system sent me an email that the appointment is 3 pm. Not a good start...
They made me wait a whole hour so at 2 pm a different doctor started treating me. I asked what's gonna happen but his English was so poor that he couldn't explain it clearly.
Turns out there was a miscommunication and he opened up my teeth out of mistake even though I'd told him that I already had two treatments before so I just trusted he knows what to do.
Then they told me that the doctor I was supposed to meet was not even working on that day so I'd go back 2 days later.
When I asked for some kind of compensation they told me that we could discuss the misunderstanding today at my appointment...

Today I asked them to send me a detailed explanation of what will happen before my appointment. They sent me one short sentence that even my dentist friend found vague so I refused to show up to the appointment and requested to talk with the doctor.
Later they called me asking to visit the clinic personally so I can discuss this issue with them. It takes me 90 minutes at least to drive there and back so I refused and asked them to do this on the phone or in a video call.
They've not responded to this so I'm contacting the insurance company at the moment...

The management of the center is painful, a customer service that leaves much to be desired. The waiting times are not normal, you wait at least 40 minutes or 1 hour, if they don't call you to change the appointment. Only once in 24 months have I been attended to on time. Today I had an appointment for an orthodontic check-up (it's been scheduled for a month) and I called to see if I could change it to Monday because I was feeling unwell and they told me thank goodness I'm calling because there has been a failure in the system and I didn't get They have warned that my appointment is moved to September 16. It is very sad that this center is like this with the professionals they have working. The terrible management of the center and the lack of response makes me feel cheated with this service.
