I came in with an infected wisdom tooth and I said that to the doctor that was going to take my wisdom tooth out and he just loosely agreed with me and did nothing about the infection now I have my entire area where my wisdom tooth was completely infected and in serious pain and had to go to an ACTUAL doctor to help with the Infection

The ladies at the reception desk called me almost each week during two months for a treatment that is not covered by Sanitas insurance for foreign students. Each time I asked whether this treatment is covered by my insurance or not, and they never answered this question until the moment I have to pay with my own credit card. So please be very very very careful before receiving any treatment, to don’t be surprised at the last moment.

Great experience. Raquel communicated everything she was doing and let me know to say if anything hurt. All was clean and didn’t have to wait at all (went at 10am when they opened).

Very professional and friendly service. Every one is welcoming and puts you at ease. Would recommend!

The dental hygienist here chipped at least 3 of my teeth, and the dentist was in denial that any damage was done. I filed a claim with Sanitas, but that has resulted in nothing. Repairing the damage has proven expensive, and some of it is so complicated that it may not be repairable.
