If you want to pay 1000 euros and have 10 appointments just to fit one implant that still does not fit and is 3 shades darker than your other front tooth, be condescended to by the manager that tells you she can ask for a refund but they will take your tooth back (so you have to walk around toothless to look for a proper dentist), then stand in reception while this same manager runs to another room to laugh loudly about you with her colleagues… then you will love it here. Otherwise… go anywhere else.

Hifsa was fantastic! She made the scary dentist appointments bearable. She arranged all the appointments for me and even called another centre knowing that I am time bound and need the treatment asap. She speaks great English which makes the whole process way easier for foreigners. The dentists are professionals who answer all the questions and are very kind and patient. Highly recommended. Such a lovely Staff! They know what they’re doing and guide you with your needs accordingly and patiently. The clinic is always nice and tidy, they clean and keep everything under the hygiene restrictions. One of the best Dentists when in Barcelona!

The WORST experience I ever had at the dentist. Really poor customer experience (if you can even call it that). - Made me wait 2 hours for my "general checkup" - The general checkup was not a checkup, it was basically a sales appointment where they told me everything that was "wrong" with my teeth. Scared me that it was urgent and very serious. And it lasted for 10 minutes. I didn't even felt treated as a human, more like another prospect they are trying to "close". And yet, I paid for this "treatment..." I was at the dentist 6 months earlier and there were no such issues, so it was clearly exaggerated - They quoted me 900 euros for what they considered had to be done!! It's a horrible, horrible experience and I felt like I lost 2 hours and have to look for another real dentist now.
