Clínica Dental Milenium Barón de Pinopar - Sanitas

I had my check up done and was told that extraction of wisdom teeth is included in my insurance. I double checked after getting the result and quote. On the day of the extraction, after they put me anaesthesia, they told me I have to pay for it and that they were confused about the insurance situation. I was explaining with them what was told to me during the check up and my quote that they gave me after being administered with anaesthesia and still pushed that I have to pay for it or to sign up for their insurance instead of mine.

I have been fortunate to find Dr Joan Mas here who is a truly excellent dentist specializing in reconstructive work. He has been my saviour for 4 years, as i am a chef with a sweet tooth and have needed many filling repairs, and he has never hurt me or done work causing pain afterwards. He is fast, efficient, and very caring, consequently he is the dentist of choice for the staff there and myself and friends. 5 stars from me.... i even fell asleep while he was repairing a filling!!

Quick and professional place to get your teeth cleaned. Dani Genard is a perfectionist and very thorough. The receptionists are lovely too.

There is a person at the reception who, when I arrived today at six o'clock, was talking on the phone and did not greet me or look at me. I waited for him to finish the call out of politeness... but while two other people came in and he attended to them before me at the end of the conference, but that is not only my surprise, my surprise was that at the time they called me my doctor was not there, so after spending valuable time and organizing my schedule to be able to attend, I I postponed my appointment to another day, they didn't notify me and it seems that the great girl at the reception who didn't seem professional or empathetic or with many social skills, for attention to the post, didn't care much, and didn't say goodbye or He apologized when he saw that I was leaving without attention for that reason, the girl is the young brunette at the entrance on December 5th.

Delighted with the service provided. The hygienist Ivonne is very delicate in her work, thorough and answers all your questions. If I could choose a hygienist as well as a dentist, I would repeat with her. Could Sanitas consider this suggestion?☺️
