Terrible customer service from management and the dentist Moreno. They waste your time making appointments that they then use to spend an additional budget of €350 and request a complete oral cleaning with the argument that it is necessary to fix a veneer on a tooth. What corresponded to a guarantee of a job that they themselves carried out and that they did not want to attend to due to lack of time or desire or bad faith. Really, if that's how the guarantees of something simple like an aesthetic veneer work, I can't imagine major jobs. A waste of time. I do not recommend at all.

Unprofessional treatment. They give you appointments that they don't write down and make you go twice. Don't go to the emergency room either, because it will take a month to give you an appointment.

NEGLIGENCE and no response from the clinic. They gave me an implant that did not have any complications and after days of unbearable pain I went twice and they told me I had a contracture in my face and neck due to tension. I asked for a second opinion at another clinic (not Sanitas) and the CT scan showed that the implant was pressing on the nerve and bone of the face. I had sepsis of such magnitude that I was admitted to the hospital, and I have been paralyzed for months. I filed a claim with the clinic and Sanitas central and it has been stopped for months because the clinic does not respond. I haven't even managed to recover the money for the implant 5 months later. REGRETTABLE patient treatment. The endodontic treatment was a real botch, when I expressed my discomfort they responded to me in a very rude and arrogant manner. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Very good professionals and with great human quality. Highlight Dr. Marta Cepeda who performed a gum graft on my 16-year-old daughter. Despite the fear I had of the intervention, with his personal treatment he managed to keep me calm at all times. The operation was a complete success, the consultations and reviews were very pleasant, explaining the details of the process. I would recommend her in any situation.
