My name is Valerie geal. I have been a patient of Dr Nuria since Janurary 2021 I first came to see Dr Nuria as a referral from Antonio at 360 chiropractic Girona I had lower & upper back pain, and a sever shoulder pain issue that was never completely addressed with other physiotherapists or chiropractors in Spain, Dublin or Australia! The pain started as a niggle in 2018 increasingly worsening until 2020 with I could no longer sleep from the daily pain and had exhausted other methods of therapy. I went from a body building athlete to being unable to carry light shopping bags and using per-scription painkillers just to get through the day. Skipping forward to January 2021 & after being fitted with a orthotic “pressupost” my sleep improved pretty much overnight from day 1, the pain vanished with in the first 3 weeks, by week 5 I was hitting new personal records in bench press, shoulder press and squats. To say that Dr Nuria & 360 Chiropractic have changed my life is an under statement. I now have more energy for my family, work and of course the gym! I have had no pain in any part of my body, no headaches and my gym recovery is now faster than ever. The care provided has surpassed my expectations, all previous therapies and professionals. I can not recommend this “treatment” or Dr Nuria high enough.

I did several things there and I was really happy. Núria is gorgeous and spectacular with the children. it took me a long time to find a dentist that was honest and loyal and I finally found him and the whole family feels at ease. I also had a cleaning with Cristina and I must say that she is charming and professional, she explains each step, you feel that she does it thoroughly and carefully, at the end she gives you a gum massage with essential oil. I've had several cleanings in my life and at 46 I'm really discovering that it's a dental cleaning. I lasted 50 minutes and I came out again and thanks to Cristina's advice and her explanations I will now use the brushes to clean between the teeth and they are spectacular to be able to have oral hygiene and I had never used dental floss either because I it hurt and now I use it all the time. Thanks for your dedication.

Dr. Pinyot and all his team have excellent and professional treatment. I was afraid of dentists, and thanks to them I managed to overcome it. They take great care to make you feel at ease at all times, they respect you and make sure you don't suffer for anything. Cristina is a great professional and does hygiene out of 10. Thank you!!!
