My filling breaks and they give me an emergency appointment. I wait for 2 HOURS in front of the receptionists, without moving. They don't tell me anything and I ask them how much is left (I didn't ask them before to be polite and not bother) and they say that there has been a mistake and my name had been crossed out as seen... Afterwards, they tell me to wait 5 more minutes so that they can check me as I have it, because in the emergency room THEY DO NOT MAKE FILLINGS, that their colleagues have informed me BADLY, that they only check and send medication... I go in, not 5 minutes, another HALF AN HOUR later, they look at me and tell me that They have to do a root canal, I tell him that the root canal "I think" is already done (it's been done for 10 years) he checks again the x-ray they took on me 2 months ago and BINGO, it's done! On top of that, they tell me that they have to make a filling with a bolt that costs twice as much when 10 years ago it was not necessary and the hole in the tooth is exactly the same because only the filling has broken, not part of the tooth (I carry the pieces in the pocket)... I have an inconsistency in the payment of my service... after only 15 days of membership, 2 (two) charges were debited from the account, customer service was called but the advisors have not been able to respond to what happened, they only say that They don't know how to proceed in that, they don't know why it could happen....someone take the case please...
