She is a great professional, knows how to treat any type of person patiently, conveys confidence and explains very clearly. The place is excellent, clean and sterile, and smells good. The nursing kit is very good for treating. And they care about clients who are sick. Great treatment, but lack of transparency. I went for a general checkup which they told me there was no charge; During the check-up I told her that I was having a tooth coming out (at no time did I say that I had any discomfort or that there was any problem) and the doctor told me that she was going to do an x-ray, something that I did not request at any time and even before doing it. I told him that I was not carrying my wallet and that I had no problems, to which the person who was assisting me told me that there was no problem and that I should not worry, which I thought was not an expense and that it was a routine thing within the review, so I let them do it for me. When the review was finished and since I liked the treatment I thought about having a cleaning done there, so I went to make an appointment for another day; When I made the appointment he told me the price of the cleaning for the next visit and that it was 30 euros for the x-ray. Obviously I told her that they had not told me that they were going to charge me for it and even more so that I had not requested it since I did not have any discomfort for it to be necessary to do an x-ray, then the girl who was there told me so stupidly that she I felt and that I had to pay it, even when I insisted that I HAD NOT REQUESTED IT, MUCH LESS THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS NECESSARY AND MUCH LESS THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED. Beyond the price of the x-ray, I think it is audacity on the part of this dental center that they have taken the liberties of doing something that was not requested, that on top of that they charge for it and that was not necessary, since the only thing they concluded was It was that I was having a tooth coming out, something that I had already said and that it was not causing problems for me that would require an x-ray, so it makes me doubt if this same way of proceeding is the one they have compared to others. treatments, which is why I do not recommend this clinic due to lack of trust in its procedures and transparency. Very good deal, yes, but apparently also to get money.

Even though I have dental insurance with other clinics, I prefer to go to her even if she is not on the medical list of my insurance, because of her loyalty and total reliability in her diagnoses, she also explains everything very well and treats you very well. Totally satisfied.

Very good service, the girls are great, professional and very pretty. Kalinox cleanings don't hurt at all. Awesome.
