Clínica Dental Adeslas

I have been coming to this clinic for almost 2 years. I am stuck here because they started fixing my issues and it would be worse to change to a different dentist. In average I always have to wait between 30 minutes to 1h to see the doctor. If this happens one time is understandable, but if it happens every time it shows no respect for people time, poor proceses and lack of professionalism. Plus every time that I come I have to explain what they need to do to me because they are confused on what has been done so far and what is next. In all honesty try to avoid this place for anything more than a cleanse.

Absolutely terrible clinic. The dentist, Dr. Molina Fernandez, canceled in-person two consecutive times, after we confirmed both appointments were still on…but it gets worse. The second visit, I was in the dental chair of Dr. Molina Fernandez, and she started the procedure by administering local anesthesia on me, and then she tells me that she doesn’t have the correct material and has to cancel again. I arranged/paid for my three small children to be with a nanny, and I paid for transportation 4 times, and I still haven’t received the procedure I need. It’s painful every time I eat or drink, and it’s been weeks now because of clinic and Dr. Molina Fernandez, who never even apologized for the two cancellations. After the first cancellation, she told me that the receptionist often has the incorrect scheduling information and I should have confirmed the appointment directly with her, yet she isn’t reachable by phone. It’s so disorganized, it’s as if they are pulling a prank, yet it’s real. They don’t want to work in this clinic, and they don’t want to serve their patients. I would avoid this clinic and Dr. Molina Fernandez at all costs.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely horrible calendar and scheduling management. They don’t care if you waste your time going there only for you to be told to wait until “whenever” the next doctor is available. Thanks for not even notifying me that the dentist was even on leave. And instead talk down to me as if I’m an idiot “well put you on a waiting list and ‘whenever’ one is available you can go but rest assured you’re on the list” what a joke. Front desk girl needs to be fired ASAP. if you’re not Spanish or Euro good luck if this girl will even let you in the door.

I am not sure why there are such poor reviews but I had one of the best experiences here. I do not speak Spanish and had an emergency. My tooth had broken and I could tell there was an infection. Due to trauma a from the past in the USA where I had a very bad dentist say horrible things to me, ive been terrified of the dentist for 15 years. So when this happened after just having moved here i was really nervous about finding a dentist. This one is on my insurance and the reviews scared me but i went anyway because I knew my tooth couldnt wait. My first day here i came with no appointment i used google translate and the receptionist was incredibly patient with me. The lady that took my xrays also incredibly patient considering the language barrier it was a positive experience and they were very understanding that i was nervous. The following day I had my tooth removed and both the dentist and the tech helping her were patient and kind, I explained what happened to me in the states (as they both knew a little english) and they both were shocked, the dentist was patient and she explained the process she told me what she was doing while she was doing it and the whole thing was over in about 20 minutes, the tech helped me and even held my hand during one part that was particularly rough from the tugging. I had no pain during the procedure and felt at ease at the end! By far considering the circumstances this was a great experience for me and I appreciate that more than words can express. Again i cant speak for everyone but for me this was healing in many ways. I appreciate this office!!

Best teeth cleaning ever. So thorough and such great people!!
