I recently visited the dental clinic and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I made my appointment, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They reminded me of my appointment a few days before, which I found very helpful. When I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted with a smile and was attended to promptly. I really liked that the staff explained the entire process to me in detail, which made me feel more comfortable and confident. During the treatment, the dentist was very careful and attentive. He asked me all the time if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. This made me feel very valued as a patient. Finally, I would like to highlight the human quality of the clinic staff. Everyone was very kind and respectful at all times. I felt very well cared for and safe throughout the entire process. In summary, I recommend this dental clinic without a doubt. If you are looking for punctual service and exceptional human quality, look no further!

I had orthodontic treatment at the clinic and the treatment was always exceptional. From the reception staff to the professionals who treated me (Dr. Ivars, Andrea and team), everyone was always super attentive, warm and extremely professional, thus obtaining an impeccable result in my treatment. The entire process has been a pleasure, I am delighted and highly recommend them. Thank you!

I feel the need to share my experience with this clinic. The 3 visits I went to were good, I felt comfortable and listened to when presenting my case, everything was great and I was super grateful to the professionals who treated me at the time, but everything changed when I had to go for dental hygiene for the 4th time . When I arrived at the consultation, the person who attended me did not introduce himself or tell me the procedure to follow or the options regarding cleaning. The person proceeded to make derogatory comments such that he said “your mouth is very dirty”, he did not carry out the cleaning technique with the device carefully or delicately. I complained about the strong pressure and the little tube that he stuck in me, but even so he continued to do it just as badly and in a hurry, the movements he made were abrupt (I say he, because he was a man) it seemed like he was washing jeans. Out of helplessness, I started to cry - I got up from the chair where I was lying, I told him that I felt uncomfortable with the treatment and the ugly comments he made in my mouth. I went out looking for help from other colleagues and they did not give me a solution, so I left the clinic without finishing the cleaning. In conclusion, I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE NEGATIVE TREATMENT AND LACK OF RESPECT.
