They saw me today with an appointment for a hygiene and I was delighted. Punctuality and great treatment. Nerea is a great professional, super friendly and attentive, worried at all times that everything was fine. I will definitely return.

I received very good treatment from Dr. Sandra Sánchez, she is an excellent professional, she spent a lot of time explaining the treatment to me as well as reassuring me. I have always had a great phobia of anesthesia due to past experiences and also of going to the dentist, which is why I always postpone curettage. I felt very comfortable with it. I didn't even notice the puncture. First, I applied a cream to sleep before the puncture and it was very delicate at all times and also explained how to brush and floss my teeth

In September I made an appointment to make a first visit to my two children. They gave me an appointment for October. A week before the appointment they called to cancel it and gave us an appointment for November. And a week before the November appointment they called again to cancel the appointment again. Very unprofessional. After 3 months we have not been able to make the first visit. They should stop appearing on the list of Adeslas dental centers if they cannot offer the service.

I have been undergoing orthodontic treatment for almost two years and I find it disastrous. This is the fourth time they have changed my orthodontist, thus affecting my appointments and treatment as such. A treatment that lasted 12 months now they tell me that 6 months is longer than two years and three months. On top of that, the wait is half an hour... and be careful not to arrive 5m later because they will reschedule your visit for the following month without consideration. I do not recommend this clinic and even less ADESLAS.
