I have been going to this dentist almost all my life and I am very grateful and satisfied with all the work. The ones who have treated me the most are Dr. Segovia and the orthodontists whose names I don't remember, but I am very grateful for how they treated me and continue to treat me. Highly recommended.

They didn't help me because I was 11 minutes late, and when I arrived the receptionist was talking on the phone. The day before, when I confirmed the appointment, I told him that I could arrive 10 minutes late and he told me that there was no problem until 15 minutes, that is, before I let him know that I couldn't arrive on time. The truth is that the people are unfriendly and tired, but 11 minutes and giving advance notice seems to me a lack of respect and the ways of saying it is also necessary to educate regarding customer service. I haven't wanted another appointment because I'm sure they'll take better care of me somewhere else.

My 5-year-old daughter has been cared for by Dr. Segovia and the assistant Fernanda, and I am delighted. A 10 both in treatment and in his work. I love it.
