After paying 1,5 year insurance I came here for cleaning teath and got an appointment in 1 month.... After one month I came for appointment and was waiting 30 minutes without any explanation. After 30 minutes they said me that doctor is late (sure, I was waiting 30 minutes already) and asked to wait. For my question HOW LONG I should wait they just smile and said that they dont know - maybe 30 minutes more maybe 2 hours more... No respect for people at all! I was driving 20 km to sit and wait like I have nothing else to do! VERY BAD!

The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have never felt that my health has been in worse hands. The two orthodontists leave a lot to be desired: Andre and Ruiz. Both with little professional ethics, a lot of ego and with maximum arrogance. This man even told me that he is doing me a favor after he made a mistake. Since when is health a favor? And much less the private one. What a shame to leave with such a low impression and experience.
