Very bad customer service. My wife went to clean my daughter teeth. They took the money in advance but without explaining the procedure. They did not clean some teeth and told us it will be done by a different doctor. And when we asked for the appointment they said we don't have. Call us later. While saying this, they were very rude and they did not provide answer to many of our questions. I think the whole idea of having insurance with them is a bad idea.

Very polite, service was good. The dentist Nuria was very accommodating.

I strongly suggest not to go for that clinic. It’s waste of time. I was waiting for two weeks and cannot make a reservation for a consultation for orthodontics. The woman in reception is so rude. Maybe she deserves this job for her whole life.

Very happy with my orthodontic treatment with Dr Nadal.
