Clínica Dental Adeslas

I waited for a month to make an appointment for teeth cleaning. During the teeth cleaning and polishing process, the oral mucosa and corners of my mouth were scratched and bleeding severely by the machine. It was very painful and affected my eating. The dentist and supervisor made no apology and said this kind of thing is normal. Unbelievable, is this suppose to be a professional clinic who shows no respect for adeslas clients? PS: I wrote an email when I see the clinic’s response, but it got rejected says: The following addresses had permanent fatal errors. Please confirm what is going on.

I took out 4 wisdom teeth and I got very well taken care of from the desk to the team of dentist. I had to do a mini operation and they helped with the decisions, and the operations went very well. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. 5 well deserved stars Turns out that three other dentists, discouraged the decision made and I need do another operation. The operative part was good, but I'm very hesitant to the strategic decisions they helped me with. 3.5 stars

The worst dental service I have ever received. I speak very limited Spanish and even took my partner with me yesterday day to translate. l am left with a very open wound on my gum after I was recommended deep cleaning before surgery. I was then told I couldn't have the surgery in that clinic even though the date booked and printed and am then told there are no appointments with a specialist before December for another clinic. The wound is now very open and infected. I was called today by the same rude receptionist as yesterday and I asked if the receptionist could email me the details so I can translate. She shouted at me and said why the information is the same and hung up. Why I pay for such awful service I have no idea. The receptionists at this clinic are exceptionally rude I haven't experienced such unkind human behaviour. I also emailed to get this resolved and have no reply. It has become a breach of duty and dental negligence and I am left in pain with no offer of resolution.

Worst place in Barcelona. So unprofessional and unpolite reception it is ridiculous. I will change my company insurance because of the reception woman. Making a fool of someone is not the way to go when being the first person a client meets when entering the clinic first time. ADESLAS I will NEVER recommend to anyone after this.

Really great first experience! Staff is incredibly kind and helpful.
