Today, December 1, 2022, I have had the pleasure of visiting this Clinic, which for me is a huge achievement because it is a place that truly terrifies me. But just walking in and being attended to by NATALIA, who is the friendliness, attention and kindness in person, already gives you clues that you are going to be in good hands. And when you go to the consultation, all of the above is confirmed, with the hygienist, who did the oral x-ray, treating me wonderfully; and then Doctor William who calms you down, treats you, explains the pros and cons of the options (endodontics versus implant, in my case and for a tooth) with unsurpassed professionalism and closeness. Already in 2023, I was going to have a Endodontic procedure but we had to switch to an implant, so yesterday, February 22, 2023, Doctor ALEJANDRA DUTU MAZAS extracted my tooth. A very large tooth, with 2 roots and that gave him a lot of trouble. Well, despite all this, Dr. Mazas did everything with such care and delicacy that it didn't hurt even the anesthesia. Spectacular treatment, patience (calming me down and explaining at all times) and professionalism.... a marvelous doctor, and I say it, opening my mouth at a dentist already raises my tension.... Oh, I can't forget to also highlight other people: SANDRA ROA (Treatment Advisor) who adjusted my implant budget, doing everything she could and managing to keep me on December 2022. All this, close and pleasant, which is even more appreciated. In Reception to CONCHI and BEA, I extend my recognition to their work. Already, on September 12, 2023, they gave me the implant. On this occasion, it was Dr. MANZANO, wonderful too..... Although the bad time and inconvenience are inevitable, she did it with all the patience and delicacy that can be had in these cases. I take this opportunity to once again highlight CONCHI, charming beyond measure, who With that closeness that treats you, it also helps you get through the "bad situation"... And I'm not just saying that, I'm saying that just thinking about the dentist gives me chills and that for me it was like going to a torture room. I am delighted with the Avenida de las Ciudades clinic. I've been going for a while now and the staff is excellent. The facilities are spacious and very clean.
