Like almost every year, I went for a cleaning and inspection. I told Dr. Emilio Manuel Zorrilla Soler if the small transparencies that I had on my incisor teeth were a cause for concern and he replied that no, that the only problem they represented was aesthetic and that if I wanted it, it could be placed on the back. rear a filling to hide the transparency. I was calm since he himself told me that the tooth was healthy. He finishes the check and tells me that four fillings need to be put in. I ask him why and he answers that it is because of cavities.
I go one day to have two fillings done on my teeth and the next day I go again to have the other two done. My surprise comes when I see that I begin to intervene precisely in the palettes of transparency. I think that maybe it's a coincidence and I just had the cavities that I had been told about. I also think this because the document they gave me says that I will have four fillings, it does not specify anything about retouching transparencies or aesthetic intervention. Dr. Zorrilla finishes the intervention and confirms that the transparencies are covered. It makes me angry that they have done something that I didn't ask for on teeth that were healthy, but I think "well, it's already done and maybe it's something that benefits the teeth" and I let it go.
The problems begin.
The fillings that he put on my teeth the first day were not well polished and in the second session he had to file them down. The same thing happens in the second session, there is a lot of excess on the palettes and my mouth does not close. I go again and Dr. Zorrilla files both my teeth until they finally fit, but I get the feeling that they are now finer than originally. I get home and notice that after this, the front part of the tooth seems to burst and a lot of dirt accumulates, something that didn't happen before. My teeth cut my upper lip internally.
I go to the clinic for the fourth time to ask for the claim form and they give me Dr. Zorrilla. I tell him the problem and he tells me that I asked him to repair the transparencies. The round of lies begins and with all the calm in the world he suggests to me that my chipped teeth “maybe come from eating bread or apples.” I dont give credit. Her colleague Ingrid, who had already been in the previous interventions, takes me to another room when she sees the atmosphere and tells me not to worry, they will give me an appointment with another dentist with more experience. Amazing. They made me return the next day where I was treated by two very pleasant colleagues who at least agreed with me that what Dr. Zorrilla had done to me was completely unnecessary. They also explained to me that my tooth is not as damaged as I think and that what is cutting my lip was not the tooth itself but was part of the filling that had been put in to hide the transparency, which was applied incorrectly.
I leave at least reassured that the damage was not so great and that it was easy to fix. After having to request it, they tell me that the money will be refunded, which seems like the minimum after the damage caused and after making me go 5 times to fix something that was perfectly fine before I went to them. I forget about it for 5 days until the bottom of one of the paddles breaks again. Just that day they called me about the return process and I told them about it. I write to them by email to find out where I can record all this and they ignore my request, only referring to the return of the €70 that I paid to have my mouth destroyed. Today I notice my teeth are much finer and every few days parts of the “fix” continue to come off and cut my lips. I attach images of the entire process in case anyone wants to think twice before deciding to put themselves in the hands of Emilio Zorrilla. It's a shame because until now they were my trusted dentists but I can't continue overlooking the damage they have caused me.
I went to get a cleaning, I had a lot of tartar buildup precisely because I hadn't gone before (in years). I was afraid that it would be painful (my pain threshold is not very high 😅), but it was quick and painless, just as the professional who treated me, Ingrid, promised me, who took great care, also giving me the pertinent explanations.
I want to thank the good treatment received by all the people who treated me, and especially from Doctor Zorrilla who treated me very professionally.
I recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Emilio and Verónica treated me to get three fillings. They were charming, always attentive. The girl at the reception was also very friendly.
