Avoid at all costs. 1- They assigned a kid (doctor) who has no experience in a very complicated process and of course he couldn't finish it, and I am in pain for 2 month. 2- Very unprofessional staff who gave me another appointment with a specialist to fix what the kid doctor has done and when I arrived on time they said that they change the appointment to yesterday without notifying me!!! or even coordinate the date and time. And their answer was you will have to come back another day!! And they gave me another appointment which was 2 weeks later, caring less for the pain I am suffering every day!! 3- This times before the appointment 12 hours they called me to change the appointment to the following day!! Of course I had no enough time to change my schedule so I refused and it has been another month with pain. 4- No apologies, no phone call, not even an email to check up. 5- They are refusing to take responsibility for their own fault and the answer was ( something went wrong and we don't know).

The receptionists have been very friendly and helpful when needed. 💯 Very good at scheduling appointments to get my teeth fixed and my wisdom teeth pulled out. The doctors make you feel comfortable. Best teeth clean I've had. Will keep using this establishment👌🏼

Horrible horrible people here. The customer service is just absolutely pathetic - not just incompetent but purposely they treat people badly. The director is a complete joke of a professional who should never be running any office. They lie about every step, they mistreat you when you are there, they look for fake reasons to charge you for services, and they have an excuse for every time they make a mistake. My first appointment getting my teeth clean was fine, but if you need to see a doctor - they just start to mistreat you. I broke my tooth and had to go back 4 times over two months to TRY to get it fixed. The second appointment they checked my xrays and explained what needed to be done but I had to come back for a third appointment - ONE MONTH LATER. In my third appointment, they just did the same process as the second appointment and then told me I had to schedule a 4th appointment WHEN THE DOCTOR WOULD BE THERE. I asked what happen to the doctor from the 3rd appointment - she was fired. Unbelievable, then on the 4th appointment, the doctor barely said hello and told me that she did not have enough time (it was almost lunch time) so they would have to do the process in two sessions - so three more sessions in total. 6 appointments in total to fix a broken tooth. Shame on you! Cold place in hell for medical professionals that treat patience like this.

Very good service 10/10 did such a lovely job in my teeth cleaning. I’m American and first time going to the dentist in Europe and I have nothing but good things to say!
