Firemen owned company and very easy to work with. Erik was friendly and provided great insight on my fireplace. We had Chimney Medic out to inspect, clean, and replace the chase and flue cap. Very happy that we can now use our fireplace with confidence and not worry about any nasty creosote build-up. I’ll be calling them back annually for maintenance.
