Chick-fil-A

My chicken pimento sandwich did not feel like it was made with care. Not according to the quality promised by the chain. My second and third bites felt like I’d bitten into sand. It was crunchy and uncomfortable and could not eat it. To be fair, I normally order from this restaurant but the quality I received today was below subpar.

I'm tired of receiving subpar food. This was all the contents of my large 'waffle' fries container. Chicken is often cold and more breading than meat. Do better.

Ordered on the app for curbside, when we got there it was 10:31. The app cancelled my order because breakfast ends at 10:30. But the money was still missing out of my account. They said a refund should be there in 3 business days. A little bit ridiculous that they didn't prepare the order beforehand and instead chose to cancel my order over one minute.

I don’t usually eat at Chick- fil- A but a customer from Costco gave me a free nugget or sandwich card and I used it today… I know now why people flock to this place… this was my second time to this restaurant…ever. I ordered the original chicken sandwich and made it a combo with waffle fries and a icy cold coke. It could not have been more delicious. The service was top notch along with the cleanliness of restaurant. I will be back again .

This is the third time I’ve came to this location and my order was not fulfilled correctly. Not only did they get my order wrong but the chicken noodle soup was spoiled and I found plastic in my macaroni and cheese that I was going to feed to my daughter. I’m thankful I tried it first but I would not recommend coming here. I will be reporting this to the health department.
