Chick-fil-A

It was a great trip. Sadly their dine in area was closed so we to go through the drive thru, but the food was still amazing as usual. We asked if the new shake was gluten-free and the girl taking our order, Jenna, was kind and knowledgeable in a way you don't usually see. She even told us that she could make it gluten-free and we were still able to enjoy it. Shot out to her.

I frequent this chic fil an often and I have never been so grossed out by a salad before. I ordered a Cobb salad via door dash and the lettuce was appalling. I had to pick through my entire salad to avoid the slimy bits of lettuce and didn’t end finishing it and felt it was a complete waste of money. Really disappointed and won’t be rushing back to this location. Not sure if they save the salads that are about to go bad for door dash orders but I’ve never had anything this bad from here before.

Typical Chic-fil- in this city. The staff is friendly and professional, they never seem shorthanded or grumpy. Food is always hot and fresh. All in all tastes great but it's still fast food, nothing fancy. This place has been consistent and reliable for years. The building was renovated recently, everything is clean. About as good as you could hope for from a fast food place.

Stopped by after work to pick up our regular favorites. Got home with my order and it was not complete, missing a 12 count box of nuggets. I called the store and spoke with Zach...I think that was his name, after back and forth 3x to speak with his manager I finally asked to just speak with her. She quickly pretty much repeated everything from what Zach told her I had said. She was speaking over me then finally said "oh, I will let you talk" well, At that point I was so frustrated I just said I wanted a refund or my order replaced. She offered me to drive back to the store and she would give me the nuggets I paid for, or give me a refund on that one item. She also said I could have a free shake. I really didn't want the free shake just the complete order I originally ordered , so I could sit down with my husband and eat a hot meal together....If I went back to get my missing nuggets it would cost me more in gas to get my nuggets/ refund and the rest of the order we did get,would be cold. I said just forget the whole thing. To me checking the order to make sure you are giving the full correct order that the customer pays for should be a #1 priority. From reading other reviews of this location...I guess it is not priority. I have been going to this location since it opened . I couldn't even get a number to call to try and get resolve and speak with the person in charge of this location. I was told they did not have a number for me to call, I then said so if you have a problem at the store there is no one you can contact? The manager then said she would see if she had the number. I was so done at that point I said forget it. This location has gone downhill. They are not giving you what you order...we shouldn't have to hold up the line to pick through our order to make sure it is complete. To anyone reading my review, check your bags for missing food you have paid for !!!

The manager at this Chick Fil A is awesome. He is a problem solver and is great with customer service. I had an issue because my RV didn't fit in the drive through and the dinning area was closed. The manager came out and personally solved the issue. We got our food and it was great.
