Chick-fil-A

Grabbed a quick lunch here on a stressful road trip. Alan was such a breath of fresh air - he was pleasant and helpful and the jokes were hilarious. Our food came out quickly despite them being very busy. Everything was correct, hot, and delicious. Ate in the store and the tables were all clean. Got refills without much effort at all. All and all a perfect CFA experience!

You might not think having a clean bathroom is a big deal, but it is and I'm impressed with this Chick-fil-A's bathroom even though it's way busy. The staff are amazing too, so polite and helpful and working hard. I give the food no rating because I order just drinks, I don't eat chicken.

My son and I came for lunch Chick-fil-A today, we were enjoy, happy inside, and very satisfied with all staff. They was very welcome, pleasant, and friendly. Good environment and clean❤️. My house only take 6 minutes and I have been driving to work and pass Chick-fil-A veryday but I did not stop by to order because my son and I have bad experience 2 years ago. We were order and drive thru to pick up. The lady gave us the food so ruded with annoyed face. I said thank you so much and she was ignored. My son said, “mommy don’t go this store again, we didn’t do anything wrong why she annoy us”. The food was tasted bad when we were unhappy. After that, every time we want Chick-fil-A, we was drive 20 minutes from our house to order. The Chick-fil-A near my house is busy everyday, I think, they are really don’t need my order, they still have many customers. I just say, the food more delicious if we receive a good service!

Don’t give any more money to this place until they open another restaurant! There needs to be about 4 more Chick-fil-A’s in this area and we settle for one! If you can’t serve the people coming for breakfast who sat in line for 15 minutes then you are not doing good enough. These lines are way to long and impede the flow of traffic on one of the busiest streets in Fayetteville. Do better owners!

This location is always swamped. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the line three or 4 cars deep into the street. I don't know how they do it, but the food is great if you have the patience for a lot of traffic on foot and by car.
