Chick-fil-A

This is the last time I will be giving Chick fil A my money. I like everyone else who loves ice except to receive a full bag. Not a rush bag, I personally will never go to this establishment again. I have had bad experiences with the presentation of my food as well as the quality in past visits. By the way, this bag of ice is now $2.85 from 1.75 in a matter of weeks, and this is what you hand out.

I gotta say, breakfast is lacking at Chick-fil-A as a whole. With little menus that barely even fill my tiny green belly! The food tastes as expected, though the biscuit is dry. The lobby looks to be remnants from the lockdowns, shuttering the play area and making the whole place feel like it's still in the throes of quarantine. And the service is struggling to keep up with the small demand they have. It's all sad, really.

There's way better locations to order your catering from. They didn't include plates and silverware even though it was requested. When I asked for sauces, I was told it wasn't on my order. This is true because I usually i order from the location on colfax & Garfield, and they always include all the sauces, paper goods, and even table cloth! My pick-up time was 11:45, but the order was not ready until 11:55. So not only was food late to the event, but they also had no silverware or plates to eat mac n cheese and diced fruit with.

The lemonade is way too tart most of the time. I told this to an employee and she basically acted like there was nothing she could do. Your lemonade is super sour. It needs more sugar or water. When it's like that it's practically undrinkable.

Let me start off by I don't ever go to chicken filet so I go I order to the chicken sandwiches with everything on it looks like they had cheese lettuce tomato ask her if they have alternative to waffle fries they mean soup and mac and cheese so I just ordered two combos with two diet Cokes said that was it they proceeded to make the whole process is extremely long and unnecessary that's probably why the lines always longed so then I drive up and then they give me attitude they'll ask her what their sauce is called cuz I don't know unless you want some sauce I say yeah I don't know what it's called so I purchase my stuff I leave I get home I had open it up there's chicken sandwiches with nothing on them then I noticed that on the label it says no condiments I don't know if that's how they serve them but that sucked so I have naked chicken sandwiches with two regular Cokes and I'm diabetic and I can't even drink these and the sandwiches suck and I went out of my way to go somewhere that I never went very bad experience I can't believe it was like that I'll never go to Chick-fil-A again
